Slow Goings…

I know…I know. I need to update this blog more often. Still working on learning the process of making images digitally. As I get more confortable with what I’m doing, I’ll post more frequently. Meantime…figured I’d toss up the latest… an Alien Gray. I tried to do this concept as close to the ‘actual’ autopsy descriptions as I could. This one’s in Painter, roughly an hour to knock out. Feeling a little better about using painter as time goes on.

Oddly, I’ve found that switching back and forth between digital and traditional increases your ability in both.

Good call Jack. I’d like to get back to some painting classes once my schedule frees up a bit. I miss my oils.
